Introductions

Great rock music feels ageless, provocative, and engaging. The Fearless’ music has all those qualities in spades. Founding members (and brothers) Eli Thomas (vocals/bass/keys) and Frank Joseph (vocals/guitar/keys) have been musically inclined for most of their lives. Frank recounts being enamored with KISS and replicating their stage performances in his childhood home. Quickly trading the air guitar for some strings, he convinced Eli to learn bass before he’d even hit double digits.

The duo has been performing as The Fearless for 15 years, and they’ve naturally written and recorded a breadth of music since. Their latest addition Grenade is set for release August 17th, 2020, joining Please (2007), Gyrator (2013), and Limbo (2020), which can be found on Apple Music and Soundcloud. Their music stands apart from the pack due to their focus on songwriting, with each earworm just as bound to get you up and moving as the next. “The inspiration is to write a catchy timeless songs with harmonies and hooks, all killer no filler!”

The two approach writing from different angles. Frank unravels a concept, beginning with a title and working outward to build a song. Eli prefers to start off with a riff before he fills out the instrumentals with lyrics. Regardless of who writes the initial piece, the blend of their ideas and talents makes for some incredible rock music.

Tours & Shows

The Fearless are just as comfortable under the spotlights of a theater stage as they are in an intimate dive bar setting. The band has both DIY and professional management experience, having worked under two record labels as well as handled their own bookings. There aren’t many music venues on Long Island that the brothers haven’t taken over yet; they’ve also made many an out-of-state appearance, having toured the majority of the continental United States over the last decade and a half.

Make songwriting the most important part of your musicianship. Anyone can shred on guitar or rip it on drums etc...well crafted songs are most impressionable. It’s a tough job but reaps the rewards when it’s all said and done.
